Visitors are welcome at anytime to explore the opportunities at Immaculate Conception, visit the classrooms, and meet the staff and students. Please call the school office (740-922-3539) to arrange your visit. We accept new students at any time during the year.

Welcome to Kindergarten: Information Letter
New Student Application Packet (Grades PreK-6)We will review your application and contact all new families to complete the application process. When your child is accepted, you will be asked to pay a $50 registration fee (per family), and provide a copy of your child's birth certificate and Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic). Once accepted, families must also establish an account with FACTS for the payment of tuition and complete additional forms in the FACTS program..

Tuition Rates and Grant Opportunities
The cost of a Catholic education is a priceless investment in our children's future. We appreciate our families' sacrifice so that their children may benefit from a Catholic education.
Tuition for the 2024-25 school year for students in grades K through 6 is $6,165.
Our actual per-student cost is approximately $6,400. Because of the generosity of our parishes and donors, we can offer a tuition rate below the actual cost.There are several options for families that will help reduce the cost of tuition:
EdChoice Scholarships: Traditional EdChoice and Expansion EdChoice Scholarships can pay the entire tuition cost for Kindergarten and above students. Application forms are available in the school office and on the school website. Regardless of income, all families may be eligible for the EdChoice Expansion Scholarship. For example, a family of four with an income of $135,000 or less would qualify for a scholarship that pays the entire cost of tuition. The Traditional EdChoice Scholarship is available to families whose children would attend a school that appears on the Ohio Department of Education Designated School List. Guardian Angel School/Church Grant: All families with students in grades K through 6 may apply for a Guardian Angel Grant by completing the FACTS Grant and Aid application. Grants will be awarded on the availability of funds. The generosity of our local donors and churches makes Guardian Angel Grants possible. To apply for a Guardian Angel Grant, log in to your FACTS Family Portal and click on the “Financial” tab that appears at the bottom of the menu on the left-hand side of the page.If you need assistance with any grant application, please contact the school office, and we will help you select the most appropriate option and complete the application.
