All parents are invited to become active in the Immaculate Conception PTA. The PTA conducts a variety of activities throughout the year to support our students and teachers. The group meets monthly. Meeting dates and times are on the monthly calendar and announced in the weekly newsletter.
Volunteers
We encourage parents and families to volunteer and take an active role in the life of the school. All volunteers must complete a background check and attend a Protecting God's Children Workshop. More information is in the Volunteer Handbook. Please click HERE for the handbook.
Tuition
Immaculate Conception School offers several ways to save on tuition costs. Volunteers can earn a $150 tuition credit by participating in our volunteer program. More information is in the Volunteer Handbook. The link is on this page.
Parents and family members can also earn tuition credits through participation in the SCRIP buying program. To learn more about signing up for SCRIP, click HERE.
Unless other arrangements are made, all families must establish a FACTS account for payment of tuition. FACTS can also be used to apply for tuition assistance and pay cafeteria fees. To establish a FACTS account, click HERE.
